Product description

The sub-structure is an important part of the raised floor system. The pedestal create the space for flexible wire solutions and maintenance, and the pedestal with a high loading capacity. The height and structure could be designed according to customer’s requirement or different raised floor system. The height adjustable range is ±20-50mm, very easy to install and adjust the flooring. The mechanical structure of the product is stable, with high precision, fully meet the needs of a variety of raised floors.

Functions of esd floor accessories  
Floor: using high quality alloy cold rolled steel plate, after stretching spot welding forming.  After phosphating, the outer surface is sprayed with plastic, and the inner cavity is filled with foaming filler.

Beam: all steel floor supporting beam is divided into long beam and short beam two kinds, long beam specification :21×30/32×1173mm, short beam specification :21×30/32×573mm;  Surface galvanized anti-rust treatment.  The wall thickness of beams with different bearing capacity requirements can also be customized accordingly.

Bracket: usually divided into standard bracket, strengthening bracket and super bracket.  In addition, there are two kinds of special purpose support: slope support, edge support.

Standard support: it is composed of upper support plate, screw, lock nut, support pipe and lower support plate. The support pipe is usually 22×22mm square pipe and φ 22mm round pipe. The surface is galvanized and has good rust and corrosion resistance.

Reinforced support: compared with the standard support, it has better bearing performance.  The diameter of the supporting pipe is usually 25mm, 28mm, or 32mm.

Super support: it is mainly used in places with high requirements on bearing performance and overhead height.  The diameter of the supporting pipe is φ 38mm, φ 45mm, and φ 73mm.

Slope support: mainly used for the production of slopes.

Edge bracket: mainly used for the processing of the floor edge

Other auxiliary fittings have inclined support, horizontal pull rod and hold hoop to serve as the auxiliary connection of bracket, general collocation is super tall, super strong bracket is used, enhance the stability of floor installation structure.  Screws, suckers, wiring boxes, etc.
