    The panel is made of High-density particle board. Bottom is galvanized steel sheet / Aluminum sheet. Edge is 4 pcs black PVC trim along each side of the panel. Cover is HPL / PVC or others according to the customer’s requirement. This type flooring is as same as imported floor. This product technical performance is equivalent to the imported flooring products with a high loading capacity, high wear-resistant factor, light weight, low environmental pollution, foot feeling well, also have soundproofing, shockproof, fouling resistance, corrosion resistance, high wear resistance, effective pavement , long using life etc.

    It is composed of surface layer, edge sealing, upper steel plate, filler, lower steel plate, beam and bracket. The edge seal is a conductive black tape (no edge seal on the floor). Surface layer: generally PVC, HPL or ceramic.  Anti-static floor steel plate: high quality cold rolled steel plate, one stamping molding, high dimensional accuracy. Bottom steel plate: deep tensile cold rolled steel plate, bottom special pit structure, increase floor strength, multi-head spot welding, surface electrostatic painting treatment, corrosion and rust prevention.

    Calcium sulfate anti-static floor is made of non-toxic and unbleached plant fiber as reinforcement material, combined with solidified calcium sulfate crystal, and made by pulse pressing process. Floor surface is made of HPL melamine, PVC, ceramic tile, carpet, marble or natural rubber veneer, plastic edge strip around the floor and galvanized steel plate at the bottom of the floor. Because of its environmental protection, fire prevention, high intensity, level off and so on a lot of respects superiority, already became the material that overhead floor family uses most extensively.

    Ceramic anti-static raised floor Product specification: 600*600*40 600*600*45 Product introduction: all steel anti-static raised floor is made of high quality alloy cold rolled steel plate, after stretching, spot welding forming. After phosphating, the outer surface is treated with electrostatic spraying, the inner cavity is filled with standard cement, the upper surface is pasted with 10mm thick ceramic (bare board without veneer), and the conducting electrostatic edge strip is inlaid around.
